Dr. Qaiser Mehmood

Dr. Qaiser Mehmood. He got Ph.D from University of Isfahan, Iran. He has done his master and MPhil from Oriental college of University of Punjab Lahore. He got diplomas in Persian language from Bu Ali Sina University Iran.He has published many articles in national and international journals. He has attended many international and national conferences. Now a these days he is teaching Persian in Idara Fikre Jadeed and other Institute.
