Ahmad Bilal is the Founding President of Idara Fikr-e-Jadeed and the visionary behind the Tadabbur Fellowship. A graduate of both Jamia Naeemia, where he honed his Islamic scholarship, and LUMS, where he pursued an M.Phil. in Education Leadership and Management,
Ahmad brings a diverse educational background to his work. His academic journey spans the spectrum—from studying in top-tier institutions like LUMS to his foundational experiences in madrassas. This unique blend of traditional and modern education has deeply shaped his vision for youth development and intellectual growth.
His work, particularly through the Tadabbur Fellowship, reflects his passion for bridging the gap between conventional academic systems and traditional Islamic learning. The fellowship provides a platform for both madrassa and university students to engage in dialogue, reflection, and growth. Under his leadership, the fellowship has evolved into a space where critical thinking, self-discovery, and spiritual contemplation converge through activities such as nature retreats, thematic discussions, art therapy, and communal living.
Driven by the belief that education goes beyond the academic sphere, Ahmad envisions a future where Pakistan’s youth are not only equipped for professional success but are also encouraged to explore deep reflection (tadabbur), engage in meaningful conversations, and rediscover core values that can guide their personal and collective journeys.
